Shebag top replica Hermes togo leather talks(Sep 2026 updated)
The Shebag workshop recently produced a batch of top-quality replica Hermès Mini Lindy bags made from Togo leather in a golden brown color; there is a large stock of these bags.
Shebag sources the largest volume of Togo leather, which is also the most popular, classic and well‑loved leather for Hermès bags.
Authentic Hermès Togo is Odessa tumbled calfskin produced by Germany’s Weinheimer Leder. Hermès secures exclusive access to premium A+ grade hides, of which very few enter the open market. Nevertheless, Shebag is able to obtain this leather because the German tannery Weinheimer Leder serves clients other than Hermès.
Marketed officially by the tannery as Odessa Calf and widely known in the trade as Togo, it features natural drum‑tumbled grain rather than artificially embossed荔枝 grain. It has a standard thickness of 2.1‑2.3 mm, offers good scratch resistance, and boasts round, full‑bodied grain particles.
Hermès takes the top‑tier TR‑A grade. The remaining full hides of TR‑B and TR‑C grades are supplied to European leather traders.
Weinheimer does not deal directly with Chinese replica workshops and only enters contracts with legitimate European leather wholesalers.
Shebag follows a two‑intermediary procurement route. First, European leather traders purchase full‑grain Odessa hides of B/C grades outside Hermès’ allocation released by Weinheimer. Second, leather importers based in Hong Kong and Guangzhou import these hides in bulk through customs clearance into mainland China. Third, domestic workshops partnered with Shebag source the material from those Guangzhou‑based leather importers.
Occasionally Shebag also purchases Lagun tumbled calfskin from Spain’s FM tannery. Its grain resembles Togo yet comes at a lower cost with slightly looser grain structure, and it may be partially blended in large‑volume orders. Such purchases remain limited in quantity; Shebag turns to Togo‑style leather from Spain’s FM tannery only when German‑sourced stock becomes unavailable.
Shebag has never adopted domestic Chinese cowhide, even though some domestic alternatives deliver decent quality. Given Shebag’s moderate consumption volume, surplus Togo leather released by Germany’s Weinheimer tannery fully satisfies its material requirements.
